The Awakened School Institute (ASI) is a year-long, research-based professional development process that equips K–12 educators to foster spiritually supportive school cultures. Grounded in over two decades of peer-reviewed psychological and neuroscientific research, the ASI model operationalizes twelve empirically derived drivers of spiritually supportive education. These drivers form the foundation for cultivating school environments that strengthen the innate spiritual core of both educators and students, enhancing well-being, moral development, and democratic citizenship. Implemented through a hybrid delivery model and rooted in pluralism, inclusivity, and Constitutional principles, the ASI represents a scalable approach to whole-child education that reawakens meaning and connection in contemporary schooling.
